An inventory update is applicable when Lion Property Service has previously conducted a comprehensive inventory of the property. Subsequent inventories for the same property will be billed at our inventory update rate, regardless of the time elapsed since the initial assessment. This update service maintains the same level of detail as a full inventory. However, in cases where significant renovations have occurred, such as a complete kitchen remodel, a full inventory may be required. Our team will assess the extent of changes to determine the appropriate service.
Our pricing assumes that the property has one hallway, one stairs and landing, one kitchen, one bathroom, one toilet or additional ensuite and one reception room in addition to its bedrooms. For three-bedroom properties and above, additional rooms above this standard lay-out will be charged at £10.00 per room.
Surcharges will be applied for properties more than 10 miles from the point of key collection.
